RS 17:3371 - Student loan funds A. The Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College is the official custodian and responsible for the administration of the diamond jubilee loan fund. B. Each board is the official custodian and responsible for the administration of all funds created and held in trust for the purpose of making loans to needy students at any of the colleges and universities under its supervision and management.
