RS 17:3667 - Reporting deadlines A. Except as provided in Subsection B of this Section with respect to the items indicated the following reporting deadlines shall apply: (1) The annual written report of completed activities as required by R.S. 17:3624(A) shall be submitted by each participant to the local committee no later than July 15. (2) The notification by a local committee to any participant that his report of completed activities has been disapproved shall be submitted to that participant no later than July 30. (3) All reports required by this Chapter or by regulation of the state committee pursuant to authority granted in this Chapter of a local committee to the state committee shall be submitted no later than August 1. (4) Any appeal to the local committee, pursuant to R.S. 17:3631, shall be decided by the local committee no later than August 10. (5) Each appeal to the state committee, pursuant to R.S. 17:3632, shall be decided by the state committee no later than September 30. B. Whenever any date of a deadline established in Subsection A of this Section occurs on a weekend or holiday, the next following business day shall be the required deadline. Acts 1984, No. ember 30. B.
