RS 17:3833 - Reports A. No later than March first of each year, each local system which implements and maintains a program pursuant to this Chapter shall make a written report to the governor, the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, and the Senate and House Committees on Education. B. Each report shall contain, at a minimum: (1) A written statement signed by the local superintendent and the president of the local system board confirming that the program contains the elements required by this Chapter. (2) The goals and objectives of the program. (3) Program activities for the immediate preceding calendar year. (4) The results and effectiveness of the program. Acts 1999, No. 1231, §1, eff.
