RS 17:384 - Restrictions on alienability of property donated The donor cannot make the property inalienable, but he may prescribe the manner and the circumstances under which the donees may sell, mortgage, or otherwise encumber the whole or any portion of the property donated, or the manner in which investments once made, may be changed.
