RS 17:391.13 - Talent Search Program The state Department of Education, with the approval of the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, shall develop a Talent Search Program at the junior high school level to identify students with above-average abilities and to encourage their entry into programs which further develop those abilities. The program shall be based upon standards developed by the board which shall incorporate provisions of current student testing programs. Acts 1985, No. 257, §1, eff. July 6, 1985.
