RS 17:531 - Definitions As used in this subpart the term 'employee' means any person in the employ of the Iberville Parish School Board who is a member of or is eligible for membership in the State Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana and who is not covered by the provisions of the State Teachers' Tenure Act.1 Added by Acts 1972, No. 194, §1. 1R.S. 17:441 et seq.
