RS 17:55 - Executive committees; appointment Each parish school board has authority to appoint from its membership an executive committee of three members, with such duties as may be delegated to it by the parish school board. If the parish school board is composed of thirteen or more members the school board may appoint from its membership an executive committee of four members.
