RS 17:85.4 - Naming of curriculum center; St. Tammany Parish School Board The parish school board in St. Tammany Parish may name a curriculum center in the parish in honor of a former educator and coach who meets all of the following criteria: (1) He served as an educator in Louisiana schools for more than forty years. (2) He was a teacher and school principal in the parish where the curriculum center is located. (3) He served as a football coach in the parish school system and the team he coached won its first state football championship. (4) He retired from the parish school system before 1980.
