RS 18:1273 - Opening and closing of qualifications for candidates for United States senators and representatives in Congress When a member of the United States Senate or members of the United States House of Representatives are to be elected at the congressional election or at a special election, qualifications for candidates shall open and close as provided in Chapter 5 of this Title.
