RS 18:1400.7 - Election expenses Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, on and after January 1, 1997, the parish governing authority shall be responsible for all election expenses incurred in any precinct which is not in compliance with the provisions of R.S. 18:532(B)(4) and shall reimburse the state for any such costs.
