RS 18:199 - New registration necessary after cancellation A. A person whose registration has been canceled shall not be permitted to vote except upon a new registration made in accordance with this Chapter. B. A cancellation of registration shall not affect the right of any person thereafter to register if he possesses the qualifications to register and vote. Acts 1976, No. 697, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1978.
