RS 2:12 - Powers and duties of the Departments of Public Safety and Corrections and Transportation and Development; aeronautics; enforcement; cooperation Both departments, their members and employees, and every state, parish, and municipal officer charged with the enforcement of state and municipal laws, shall enforce and assist in the enforcement of this Chapter. Both departments are further authorized to enforce the provisions of this Chapter by injunction in the district courts. Other departments and political subdivisions may cooperate with both departments in the development and enforcement of aeronautics and aeronautic facilities.
