RS 2:14 - Appeal from department order or regulation pertaining to aeronautics Any person against whom an order has been entered may, within ten days after service, appeal to the district court for the parish in which property affected by the order is located, for the purpose of having the reasonableness or lawfulness of the order inquired into or determined.
