RS 2:140 - Intent of this Part It is the intent of this Part that all provisions herein relating to the issuance of bonds and the levying of taxes for airport and landing field purposes, and the expropriation for airports, landing fields, and airports facilities, shall be construed in accordance with general provisions of the law governing the right and procedure of municipalities, or other political subdivisions to expropriate property, issue bonds, and levy taxes.
