RS 2:312 - Airport districts subdivisions of the state Any airport district or portion of an airport district geographically located in the state shall be a political subdivision of the state within the meaning of Sections 30 et seq. of Article VI of the Constitution of Louisiana and of the provisions of the Louisiana Revised Statutes relating to the levy of taxes, the incurring of debt, and issuing of bonds.
