RS 2:314 - Creation of airport district; publication of notice of intention The notice of intention to create an airport district, provided for in R.S. 2:313, shall be published once a week for four successive weeks, the first publication being not less than thirty days before the date fixed for the hearing. The publication of the notice shall be in a newspaper in the parish, or if there is none, the notice shall be posted at two public places in the parish and published in a newspaper in an adjoining parish.
