RS 2:325 - Abolition of district or change of boundaries; notice of intention and hearing Before a parish governing authority shall abolish an airport district or change its boundaries, it shall by resolution declare its intention and fix a date for a hearing. Notice of the hearing shall be given in the manner prescribed in R.S. 2:313 relative to the formation of an airport district. The hearing shall be held before any order affecting the existence of boundaries is entered by the governing authority. Amended by Acts 1975, No. 659, §1.
