RS 22:1052 - Exemption from health insurance mandates Notwithstanding any other provision of this Title to the contrary and not unless otherwise specifically provided in an act of the legislature, the provisions of this Subpart shall not apply to limited benefit health insurance policies or contracts, as defined by R.S. 22:47(2)(c).
