RS 22:1241 - Creation of the Louisiana Safety Net Health Insurance Program A. There is hereby established the 'Louisiana Safety Net Health Insurance Program'. The program shall provide for minimal benefit hospital and medical policies, which may be insured by the Office of Group Benefits for employees eligible therefor, and by participating health insurance issuers for all other employers. B. This Subpart shall be known and may be cited as the 'Louisiana Safety Net Health Insurance Program' and be referred to as the 'Louisiana Safety Net' or the 'program'. Acts 2003, No. 528, §1, eff.
