RS 22:1351 - Applicability A. This Subpart shall apply to travel insurance where policies or certificates are delivered or issued for delivery in this state. B. This Subpart shall not apply to cancellation fee waivers and travel assistance services, except as expressly provided herein. Acts 2017, No. 225, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2018.
