RS 22:1479 - Consumer representation; attorney general In all proceedings before the commissioner, the attorney general shall have the right to represent the interest of the people of the state of Louisiana. The attorney general, or his designee, shall have the right to question witnesses, including industry or company representatives and all other appearing before the commissioner, and shall have the right to issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents.
