RS 22:1541 - Purpose and scope This Subpart shall govern the qualifications and procedures for the licensing of insurance producers. These provisions shall apply to any and all lines of insurance and types of insurers as set forth in this Subpart. Acts 2001, No. 158, §1, eff.
