RS 22:1605 - Unfair trade practice Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this Subpart shall be an unfair method of competition and an unfair or deceptive act or practice subject to regulation by the commissioner of insurance as provided by law, including R.S. 22:1554 and 1967 through 1972.
