RS 22:162 - Subscribers Any person, partnership, private corporation, board, association, estate, trustee, or fiduciary may be a subscriber of a reciprocal insurer. All reciprocal or inter-insurance contracts exchanged among such subscribers shall be executed by an attorney-in-fact common to all subscribers.
