RS 22:1677 - Reporting of actions A. The adjuster shall report to the commissioner of insurance any administrative action taken against the adjuster in any jurisdiction or by another governmental agency within thirty days of the final disposition of the matter. This report shall include a copy of the order, consent order, or other relevant legal documents. B. Within thirty days of a conviction, the adjuster shall report to the commissioner of insurance any criminal prosecution of the adjuster taken in any jurisdiction for violation of insurance laws or regulations, any felony, or any misdemeanor involving misappropriation of funds. The report shall include a copy of the initial complaint filed, the order resulting from the hearing, and any other relevant legal documents. Acts 2006, No. 783, §1, eff.
