RS 22:19 - Duration of licenses All licenses issued to foreign or domestic insurers of any kind, including fraternal benefit societies, producers, and all other persons, shall remain in effect until cancelled, suspended, revoked, or the renewal thereof refused, provided all requirements of this Title relating to such insurers or persons are met.
