RS 22:208 - Books and records Every association shall keep at its office a record of all proceedings of the board of directors and policyholders in regular or special called meetings and shall keep such other books, accounts and records as may be necessary to accurately reflect at all times the actual condition of the association and whether or not it is complying with the provisions of this Subpart, the articles and bylaws. All records of the association shall be available for inspection by representatives of the office of the commissioner of insurance and the policyholders at all times.
