RS 22:2113 - Officers; management A. The officers of each association are its president, vice president, secretary, and the members of its board of directors or executive committee. These officers shall be citizens of the state and residents of the city in which the association is organized. B. The management of the associations organized under the provisions of this Part is vested in the board of directors or executive committee.
