RS 22:2304 - Reports of inspection All reports of inspection performed by the corporation shall be made available to the assessable insurers participating in the Coastal Plan and the FAIR Plan, and the commissioner of insurance. An applicant or his representative shall be entitled to a copy of any inspection report on property in which the applicant has an insurable interest.
