RS 22:2312 - Severability The provisions of this Chapter are severable. If any provision or item of this Chapter, or application thereof, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions, items, or applications of this Chapter which are to be given effect without the invalid provision, item or application of the Chapter.
