RS 22:232 - Applicability of demutualization provisions R.S. 22:71 and 72 are applicable to a demutualization of a mutual insurance holding company which resulted from the reorganization of a domestic mutual insurance company reorganized under this Subpart as if it were a mutual insurance company.
