RS 22:2330 - Rates, rating plans, and rate rules applicable The rates, rating plans, and rating rules applicable to the insurance written pursuant to the plan shall be those approved by the commissioner of insurance; however, such rates may include rules for classification of risks insured hereunder and rate modifications thereof.
