RS 22:2344 - Rates, rating plans, and rate rules applicable Rates shall be in accordance with the rating plans approved by the commissioner of insurance for use by the Property Insurance Association of Louisiana; however, such rates may include rules for classification of risks insured hereunder and rate modifications hereof.
