RS 22:2345 - Reports of inspection All reports of inspection performed by the governing committee of the plan shall be made available to the participants in the plan and the commissioner of insurance. An applicant or his representative shall be entitled to a copy of any inspection report on property in which the applicant has an insurable interest. Acts 2004, No. 761, §1, eff.
