RS 22:2347 - Examination of plan The commissioner of insurance may from time to time make an examination into the affairs of the plan when he deems it to be prudent and, in undertaking such examination, he may hold a public hearing. The expense of such examination shall be borne and paid by plan participants who shall share the expense ratably in accordance with their respective participation for the year under examination.
