RS 22:236.10 - Abandoning or amending plan of reorganization The reorganizing mutual may, by action of not less than two-thirds of its board of directors, abandon or amend the plan of reorganization at any time before the effective date. No amendment made after the public hearing required by R.S. 22:236.4 shall change the plan of reorganization in a manner which the commissioner determines is materially disadvantageous to policyholders or members unless a further public hearing is held on the plan as amended.
