RS 22:237.1 - Applicability of provisions The provisions of R.S. 22:71 and 72 shall apply to a demutualization of a mutual non-life insurance holding company which resulted from the reorganization of a domestic mutual non-life insurance company reorganized pursuant to R.S. 22:231 as if it were a mutual life insurance company.
