RS 22:24 - Life and health sales quotas; prohibitions No existing contract between an insurer and a producer may be amended to add any provision that may require, as a quota, a producer to sell a specific number of life or health policies or a specific dollar amount of life or health insurance, unless that contract contains a provision requiring the producer to sell life or health insurance.
