RS 22:363 - Exceptions Nothing in this Subpart shall have any effect upon the giving of the customary manufacturer's warranty, or guarantee; nor shall this Subpart apply to or affect the giving or selling of performance warranties or guarantees by sellers of motor vehicles. Nothing in this Subpart shall be construed to prohibit the regulation of the selling of performance warranties or guarantees by sellers of motor vehicles as provided in R.S. 32:772 and 1253.
