RS 22:370 - Inspection After furnishing fourteen days written notice, the commissioner or any representative may inspect the records and reserves of any insurer licensed under this Subpart. The reasonable expense for inspection of records not available in Louisiana shall be borne by the insurer. Added by Acts 1978, No. 520, §1, eff.
