RS 22:407 - Contributions to fund operations The trust fund shall establish contributions required of beneficiaries necessary to fund the operations of the fund. All contribution schedules shall be filed with and approved by the commissioner prior to use. Contributions shall be based on sound actuarial principles and be adequate to fund the operation of the trust fund.
