RS 22:444 - Records of insureds Every person for whom insurance has been placed with an unauthorized insurer pursuant to or in violation of this Subpart shall, upon the commissioner of insurance's order, produce for his examination all policies and other documents evidencing the insurance, and shall disclose to the commissioner of insurance the amount of the gross premiums paid or agreed to be paid for the insurance. For each refusal to obey such order, such person shall be liable for a fine of not more than five hundred dollars. Acts 1958, No. 125; Redesignated from R.S. 22:1270 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff.
