RS 22:490 - Registration and annual renewal; fees Upon registration with the department, each risk purchasing group shall pay the department the fee specified in R.S. 22:821(B)(18)(a). Such registration shall expire on the first day of March of each year, unless renewed, and shall be renewed by filing an annual report on a form prescribed by the commissioner and paying the renewal fee specified in R.S. 22:821(B)(18)(b) to the department.
