RS 22:550.3 - Applicability of other provisions A. The terms and conditions set forth in R.S. 22:96, Subpart H of Part II of Chapter 2 of this Title, and in Chapter 9 of this Title pertaining to rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation, dissolution and administrative supervision, apply to captive insurers licensed pursuant to this Subpart. B. The provisions of R.S. 22: 72 regarding conversions apply to captive insurers licensed pursuant to this Subpart. C. The provisions of acquisition of control or merger with a domestic insurer of Subpart G of Part III of Chapter 2 of this Title shall apply to captive insurers licensed pursuant to this Subpart.
