RS 22:691.24 - Arbitrage transactions The provisions of R.S. 22:691.20 through 691.22 shall not apply to foreign or domestic arbitrage transactions unless made in contravention of such rules and regulations as the commissioner of insurance may adopt in order to carry out the purposes of R.S. 22:49* and 691.20 through 691.27.
