RS 22:691.34 - ORSA requirement Subject to R.S. 22:691.36, an insurer, or the insurance group of which it is a member, shall regularly conduct an ORSA consistent with the ORSA Guidance Manual. An insurer, or the insurance group of which it is a member, shall conduct the ORSA no less than annually and any time there are significant changes to the risk profile of the insurer or the insurance group of which it is a member.
