RS 22:794 - Cost of collection and supervision The commissioner of insurance is authorized to withhold from the funds collected under this Part, a sum not to exceed ninety thousand dollars per annum to defray the expense of collecting taxes imposed by, and of enforcing this Part, and for the operation of the insurance department.
