RS 22:871 - Signature of producer Every duly licensed producer who solicits information to be contained on any application for individual life or individual, family group, or association health and accident insurance shall affix his legal signature thereto. No such producer shall sign any application described above unless he personally obtained the information shown on such application. Such information may be obtained by the producer in person, by telephone, or by any other means of direct communication between the producer and the applicant.
