RS 22:989 - Industrial health and accident insurance Any insurer authorized to write health and accident insurance in this state shall have power to issue industrial health and accident policies in which the premium is payable weekly. Every such policy must have printed on it the words 'Industrial Policy' and must contain in substance those provisions in R.S. 22:975 as may be applicable. Insurers issuing policies under this Section shall be subject to all the other applicable provisions of this Subpart. Acts 1958, No. 125; Redesignated from R.S. 22:216 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff.
