RS 23:1047 - Real estate salesmen exempt from coverage A. This Chapter shall not apply to and there is specifically excluded from the operation thereof, any real estate broker or salesman licensed to do business in the state of Louisiana and operating under the auspices of a licensed broker in the state of Louisiana and is working in the course and scope of his real estate business.
